Lynn Robson has experience as a court-ordered Receiver in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties in Minnesota and Saint Croix and Dunn Counties in Wisconsin and is bonded and insured to act as a Receiver. She approaches receivership head-on by making sure tenants are not neglecting their spaces or violating their leases with the landlords, and moreover, making sure they are happy. We listen to tenants' problems and suggestions and quickly work to make the necessary changes so that we can renew leases and make the buildings appealing to potential owners.
